I am in love with photography! A wild, uninhibited love…and it shows in my work! It was love at first sight, only a few years ago, and is blossoming into a serious long term relationship. Hubby says obsessed, I say extremely passionate!- Wife, sister, MOM, friend, best-friend, accountant, surveyor, technician, tourist…I’ve worn, and still wear, so many hats! Life is too short to just do one thing for the rest of your life, especially something you don’t love! Get out there and live it, love it and enjoy!
- I don’t make kids, or anybody for that matter, say “cheese!” That isn’t me and my style may not be for everyone. I believe it’s OK not to smile, I’m going for real, authentic….posed maybe, but the expressions aren’t!
- Butterbutter photography is completely my son’s idea, well, the name anyways. It’s what he calls peanut butter, and I probably asked for his input when he was thinking of food. Well, the name “stuck” and butterbutter was born.
- I’m scared to death…and that’s why I’m doing it. If it doesn’t make you sweat, give you a rush, possibly make you feel ill, is it worth doing?
- I photograph everywhere, including my very own studio! Colour, vibrancy, creativity…unique, fresh and real. That’s me, that’s what I capture and that’s what I present to you.
- One of my biggest regrets: not ever having newborn photos taken of my kids, not even at a department store…ever. Really.

I am due feb 11. Your pictures are beautiful. I found your info in Kamloops momma magazine and you were also recommended by someone on Kamloops mom swap and buy fb group. Wondering if you could do newborn session for us and what your package details and prices are. Couldn’t get that info to open on your website for some reason. Thankyou!
